Community

We believe in Our Watertown Community

As long-standing members of this community, we understand the importance of giving back and supporting residents and local organizations. The following briefly describes our involvement.

Free Infant Memorial Program

This program was started many years ago. Since engraving stone is what we do best, what better way to help a family coping with the loss of an infant than to be able to provide a marker at a time they are burdened with unexpected grief and expense. Through this program we are able to provide a cemetery memorial at no cost to a family who loses a child under one year of age. We hope that by this small gesture, we are helping a family in need.

Special Projects

There are also special projects that we feel are important. When the R.O.C. (a non-profit teen center in Watertown) was in need of a sign for their new location, Watertown Memorial Co., Inc. was happy to work with the organization and donated a beautiful granite sign to complete their new home.

We Support Locally

Watertown Memorial Co., Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Badgerland Girl Scouts, the Rock River Rescue Foundation and the Fiesta Latina providing various levels of time and support over the years.

The company also supports many other organizations through memberships, monetary donations and product or service donations – American Legion, Watertown Historical Society, Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Watertown Public Library, Watertown Arts Council, Watertown Main Street Program, Watertown Goslings, Chickens Unlimited, Rotary International, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Watertown Family Center, Relay for Life, and Fire Fighters Unlimited (Clyman).
